Note: The upgrade process may take up to 10 minutes. The system will
automatically reboot once the upgrade is completed.
To update the system firmware via a FTP server:

Restoring default settings
To restore the default factory settings of the DVR:
1. Click the System Settings icon in the menu toolbar and select
Configuration.
2. Click the Default tab.
3. Select one of the following options:
Default: Reset all parameters to the factory default settings.
Restore: Reset all parameters, except the network information settings, to the
factory default settings. Network information includes the IP address, subnet
mask, gateway, MTU, NIC working mode, server port and default route.
4. The system immediately starts to restore the settings.
